Archer VR600V Configuration Problem

Hello,
our Archer VR600V Router doesn`t load all internet websites (Google, youtube etc. is working but many other are not). There is no problem with the LAN or WLAN/Wi-Fi connection but with the router settings. We use VDSL, the IPv4 is not activated but the IPv6 is. Resetting of the router did not help.
Do you have any other ideas?
