C1200 - SSIDs visible but devices cannot connect

Archer C1200 v2.0 - 3 weeks old
[*]Router works fine with Wired Clients
[*]2.4 and 5 GHz SSIDs are visible
[*]Wireless clients stopped being able to connect - "connecting ... unable to connect"
[*]I did a full reset to factory defaults - no change
[*]I updated the firmware: 2.0.2 Build 20180118 rel.38979 (EU) - no change
[*]I then set Security to Open and then both 2.4 and 5 worked for 2 days
[*]Now only Wired clients
Router is on a static IP with Virgin Business
