MR 6400 can't add apn

URGENT! After update to v2 eu version unable to add apn to router,did factory,did restore peevious working backup ( config) file,did another update,all i can think off,no matter what i do i can not see no where apn settings,not in network,not in quick setup. Starts after update to v2,now i see there is v3,but it wont choose it like a file,like v2 it will. Anything? Thanks
