How to automatically turn off Deco M9 plus wireless with a schedule

Hardware Version : V1
Firmware Version : 1.2.3 Build 20180818 Rel. 68699
Hello,
I was looking for a way to automatically stop the wireless radio (during the night for instance).
For 2 reasons:
1) Reduce power consumption (be green)
2) Sleep better - because sometimes during the night some people at home could be affected by radio
Is there a chance that a firmware update implement this feature?
Thanks

Hi everyone!
I recently bought Deco M5 and I would also join others with request for wifi schedule. I like to have my wifi disabled at night. For now I just unpluge it every night and, then plug it back in at the morning. But it is annoying thing to do every day. I previoulsy sued one of Asus routers, which had this option and it is realy neat.
So please TP-LINE engineers if you are reading this, make this feature a priority :))).
Kind regards

I also second this feature. I had an Archer A7 that had this feature and I want it back. It was great to have the option to shut the radio down on schedule.

Hi guys,
I would appretiate a feature that allows me to schedule wifi mode (on/off) per wifi transmitter (deco). For example I would set up a schedule for transmitters in bedrooms. There is no need for a signal during the night time. It saves costs, decrease body exposure to wifi signal and reduce signal smog.
Have a nice day
ps: I use a deco 9 plus in a 3 device setup. It's amazing. Thank u

Just installed the M5 Deco. Looking for a time schedule plan for turning on and off wifi in order to reduce electromagnetic exposure. TP seem not to understand the importance of this hece not value theire customer as much as other rwally do. This is a problem TP not is taking seriously. I took it for granted in 2020 this being possible. I will need to pack my deco down and reintroduce my 7 year Asus again. How on eart are TP not taking this seriously. You have orally for a long time talked about this adressed issue witout anything materialize(according to reading here). Do it! It is more important feature than some of the other unessessary stoff in your software. See!

I'm considering buying a TP-Link Deco M5 or M9 Mesh system. The possibility to schedule & power-off WiFi is important to me.
As in this community post it was announced that the engineers are working on it.
Is there already some planned release date? Will it become available on both M5 and M9 ?
Will there be a possibility to sync time with a time server so that all accesspoints are in sync?
Thank you

This was the answer from TP-link as you can see it was last edited in august 2020. I hope they realize that this feauter is no some candy that some of us would like to have but something that a lot of basic users also ask about...
@TP-Link_Deco any news regarding this?

Thanks all for your replies. I've decided to choose for an Asus RT-AX58U instead, which has the option to schedule the WiFi + is also ready for Wifi6 and has AiMesh onboard to create a Mesh network. Too bad, because I was always quite pleased with TP-Link products.
It's a shame it takes quite long to get this feature implemented while giving no correct feedback to their community.
