Hi,

I have TP-Link MR400 AC1200 configured using sim card T-Mobile. I can connect to it locally and internet and local network working well.

I configured dynamic dns with no-ip (account created, added settings into router, recieved connection successfully).

I also enabled HTTP Remote Management in System Tools -> Administration.

However I am not able to login to this router from remote network. All the time I recieve timeout.

Could you please help?

What should I configure on my router?

Best regards,

Piotr

How about using WAN IP address to login? Do you have public WAN IP address? And verify if ddns is successful by using nslookup command

Hi,

I do not have static IP address.

I tried to run WAN IP address but the same issue, timeout.

I tried to use ddns address from local computer and it was working. I got login page and logged ok.

Regards,

Piotr

Update firmware.

Contact tplink support if no luck.

Do you have a public IP?

If you have a reserved IP, you cannot login remotly.
