any even if it did work, it isn't acceptable to have to not use all of those features just to be able to access internal servers via the external ip

Do you have TP-Link DDNS involved, or are you trying to use another DDNS provider?

I also have the same issue. Seems like it is struggling on the loopback when on the lan. I have a plex server running on a hp g8 on my network. When i try to ssh/acces webgui on my bookmarks that points to my static ip, plex will be insane slow to load. SSH will timeout due to tsking to long. When i enter lan ip’s there is no issues and its speedy as hell. If i go outside the network there are no issues, so this is clearly a routing issue. Should be a small thing to sort out for a upcomming fw release?

yes, i would have thought it would be an easy fix as I've had a tplink router in the past (many years back) and I don't recall having the same issues there. Just hope that Support read this and file a bug. although I'm also going to assume that not many people have this usecase, despite it being a pretty normal and not unreasonable assumption that a router is capable of this.

I've got 1 Deco M5 and 2 Deco M4's, strangely I originally had 2 M4's and Loopback worked fine, once I added the M5 as the main router thats when my trouble started.

Same issue with the P7 system.

My Synology NAS with e-mail server is connected to the LAN port of the second DECO.

When I am at home I am not able to send emails with attachments (time out), as soon as I am outside of the LAN everything works perfect.

I have tried all the given solutions without any effect.

Hi all users.

For the NAT loopback issue, we found that it is caused by the Trend Micro's interception, and we have negotiated a solution with Trend Micro, we will fix it in the next firmware.

Please keep an eye on the official website/Deco app or contact us for more info.
