I have my virgin (ISP) box set as access point not router. Three Deco M5s set as router. I used to be able to intermittently see my 3 Nas via Windows.  Now I can see none. Get the 'you do not have permission' message and Windows diagnostics tell me there is no network. Anyone got ideas?

Hi There,

May I know the topology of the your network? Do you have a modem?

what's the led status on the Deco?Is it red or green?

If you do not use deco and connect the Nas to your computer directly, can you visit it?

Have a good day.

Please make sure your Windows PC and the 3 Nas are on the same subnet. You can find out the IP address of the Nas, then try to ping Nas's IP address on the Windows PC for a check.

@TP-Link Deco I'm having the same issue.  Installed an M5 mesh and can no longer see or interact with the QNAP Nas.   I'm not a tech, but from what I can tell they are all on the same subnet.  Next steps?
