Hardware Version : V4

Firmware Version : 3.12.11

ISP : TEO

Hello guys,

I have TL-WR740N router. ISP should provide me up to 100Mb/s internet speed. Actual measurements shows me about 80 Mb/s.
The problem is when I enable 3389 port in Port Triggering my internet speed drops to 2,5 Mb/s. When I disable port triggering, speed become normal again.
Any suggestions to this problem?

How do you test the speed? How about using the P2P software to test the download speed?

I tested in www.speedtest.net and speed.zebra.lt. I just did the same with P2P program (uTorrent). Results: without any port open - 6Mb/s, when I enable 3389 port - 300kb/s. So
the difference is obvious. It should't be like that. Maybe the router is not capable of switching ports and keeping full bandwith at the same time?

Probably. Maybe do a firmware upgrade first. Reset and reconfigure it for a try then.
