Deco app displays smartthings arrival sensor is compatible with M9 plus.

 

 

 

But So many times tried to pair but M9 never dicover the device.

 

 

 

I can tell arrival sensor trying to be paired, but deco m9 is not accepting it.

 

 

 

But other smartthings sensors all pairs without problem.

 

Even I bought new battery, still same.

 

Do I have to wait for firmware update?

I tried everything in the link for more than 30 times, I even changed brand new battery, but still arrival sensor  doesn't pairs.

I just got a Deco M9 Plus and purchased three Samsung Arrival sensors and I am having the same problem as you.  It will not even see the sensor.  TP-Link says that they support F-ARR-US-2 and I have the STS-PRS-250.  Samsung says they are the same sensor but the STS is their older model numbering scheme.  I do not know if the newer units work but the older ones do not.  I have sucessfully connected a Sylvania bulb to the Deco so I know the smart hub works. 

 

Have you had any luck getting the two to pair up?
