Hello,

This morning, my router was fine, LTE bars were here.

I powered it OFF, and powered ON. After that, there were only LAN and power icons on the router.

I can access tplinkmodem.net, but :

-Sim card not detected.

-Can’t do a factory reset through tplinkmodem.net : Error code: 20. Nether with the reset button.

-Can’t do a firmware upgrade : “the connection has timed out”.

I tried those reset/upgrade without the sim card, nothing changed.

 

I tried my sim card on another device, it was working fine.

 

Please, help me smiley

How about use different SIM card into the router? If still the same thing, you can try to contact the tp-link technical support. https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/contact-technical-support/#Hotline-Support
