Hi,

I see a few people asking for assistance on this matter and no anwsers? I have issues where the 4G connections seems to drop and only restarting the router fixes this. I know it isn't a sim or signal errors as a friend of mine is having the same issues on a differnt network. 

 

Can we get this resolved? This is really anoying as I have to restart this router multiple times a day. Even after updating the firmware, it still does this?

Hi, 

I think i have the same issue. Since last wednesday (30/01/19) i can't use my router because there is no connection even so when i use my phone as routeur with the same SIM there is no issue.

 Edit : I tryed a factory default reset, and at the moment i have connection. Maybe you should try it.

Hi,

Tried that - did not change anything. My friend returned his tp link and got a Huawei, it does not have the same problem on the network he was using. Looks like it is a only this router that seems to have this issue... Connection drops, status always says connecting - only full reboot gets it to connect...

Got the router about 4 days ago. So disapointed that connection keeps on dropping almost every 15 mins. Any fix to this?
