M7350(EU) failed to upgrade FW??
I recently buy the M7350(EU) v4 mifi
when i tried to upgrade to newest fw from tp-link website, i have this problem, it stops me from upgrading m7350
I downloaded newest fw from website https://www.tp-link.com/vn/support/download/m7350/v4/#Firmware
after that, i extract the zip file to have the fw file M7350(EU) 4.0_1.0.16 Build 181220 Rel.1116n_User.zip
Then i tried to update my fw with this fw
I dont know what wrong with my device?

Make sure you are tagging a TP-Link Admin if you want a timely response. Unless we are tagged we do not see that new responses have been added. We do not subscribe to every thread so rely on Tagging to ensure responses.
As for the firmware upgrade issue on the M7350 v4, if you failed to upgrade its firmware to the latest, please try to install the below beta firmware, then confirm if you can update it to the latest:
https://static.tp-link.com/2020/202012/20201218/M7350V4_recoverFirmware.zip
Note: please be aware that this beta firmware is a specially built version for the M7350 V4, so DON'T upgrade this beta firmware on the M7350 v3/v5 as it may damage their devices. If you are using a M7350 v3 or v5, there should be no issue with the general firmware upgrade, you can just download the firmware from the official website. Thanks.

My m7350 software error, not showing battery, network signal, wifi. I cannot connect to tplinkmifi.net. I used the software you sent to run but got an error. can you please guide me in detail. thank you

Pls my issue is same and a little diff...I need your help
My WiFi icon does not display...it shows disabled.
I cannot connect to the modem...if powers on fine everything workin except the wifi.
I thought to upgrade/flash the firmware but says Failed.
i have used the reset button severally...no result.
i can connect to the UI via usb cable.
at power on...shows Maxis then TPlink

So is the region version of the M7350 something like M7350(MYDigi)? If yes, that means this is a customized version for the local ISP market, we don't provide a firmware update for it publicly, you need to check with DIGI if they requested any newer version.

No. Nothing written MYDigi whatsoever.
I have questioned my ISP and they said is not their problem.
Its the device problem.

We confirm this is a customized version for MYDigi, so you cannot upgrade to the generic version.
