The Deco M4 will support IPTV in the future, you can keep an eye on official website/Deco app for updates.
As a workaround, if there is an exisiting router which supports IPTV function, you can make it work as the main router and enable IPTV function, and then connect the IPTV to it and configure the M4 as access point.

Hi. I don't understand, what does it mean that IPTV doesn't work ? I have the deco m4 as router. I have Apple TV and Android TV box, with IPTV apps that uses m3u lists and everything works. The m4 just "spread" internet access,no ? Is your deco blocks traffic from m3u lists ?

I am experiencing the same problem. I have the latest TP-Link Deco firmware updated but apparently this hasn't been solved/supported.
Do we really have to connect to the main router for IPTV?
