Hi,

What is the current network topology/diagram?

How many Deco M4 do you have? And how far away between each other?

Do you get the 100Mbps from the slave Deco by wired cable? If so, please check the wired negotiation speed as instruction below:

https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2265/

Meanwhile, have you ever tried to exchange the position of the Deco units to do a comparison analysis?

Thanks in advance, and have a nice day.

@Kevin_Z Dude are you serious?
the guy is asking a simple question?

DID DECO M4 SUPPORT ETHERNET BACKHAUL OR NOT?

You suppose to answere yes or no or with a future update....

You are really incompetent person who have no idea of networking.

I regreat that I choose TP-LINK
NEVER AGAIN

And the support absolute joke!

Ethernet works, If you have a switch in between with loop protection then (temporarily) disable it The deco sometimes won't switch to wired because this woold create a loop
