Hello

please advice anyone, as my own ISP do not support me after I have put their stock modem in bridge mode.

i use my own TP link A7 (ac1750) as router.

I have a 1000mbit connection but I only get between 300-400 mbit.??

when I test with the ISP device (unbriged) I get 700-850mbit...

for some reason I get much less when in bridge mode.

Cables I use are CAT 6 and 7 so nothing there.

PC is very powerful corei7 with 32gb ram.

HI Br Hrohibil,

Who is your internet service provider and what is the current network topology?

Without any devices connected, please connect one computer to the A7 directly and go to speedtest to run the test for 3 times and show us the screenshots of the test results.

And please tell me the wired link speed at that time, how to get that? You can refer to the below link.
https://www.tp-link.com/en/faq-2265.html

Meanwhile, please check the information mentioned above with your device connected to the modem directly so that we can do a comparison analysis

What's the current hardwar and firmware version?

You can refer to the below instruction to narrow down the issue as well.

After a lot of troubleshooting I decided to turn back the router and instead upgraded to TP AC3150.

And here I get 700-800 mbps download and 120 upload.

Also the WiFi is much stronger on this model. Love it..
