i have a RE360 range extender. when i used the app to set up, it cannot find 5GHz signal from my router even though it is next to it. and my the 5GHz lights is not showingon the range extender. only the 2.4 GHz
please advise what’s need to be done

@T.Lo You are connected to TP Link EXT 5ghz and light of 5ghz on extender is off right ? This means Extender 5ghz is getting range from 2ghz host network only. I started facing this issue on my extender after i canhed my router from DLink to huawei

@AdrianChen I faced the same issue. My 2.4 GHz light was not working. 5Ghz was working fine. In my main router WIFI mode was set to "802.11g only" for 2.4Ghz. 5Ghz was set to mixed mode. I changed the 2.4Ghz to mixed mode and it started working. Hope this helps. Please check your WIFI Mode
