Have you tried to enable Smart Connect? Are you using a network name and password you used on a previous router? If so the client devices may think they are connecting to that device and give the invaild password as a result. You can also try this Beta Frimware. http://support.tp-link.com/f/3ba5085b7c/?dl=1 Designed to address a issue with in Homecare but might also help with your concern, not sure if it will or not because this is a unique issue but new FW often optimizes other services as well. I'd start with Smart Connect and go from there.

Ok, we need to determine if the issue is hardware or software. Try switching your wireless to an Open, unsecured network (testing only) and then see if devices can connect. Also try to connect to a guest network as they are seperate radios. Let us know the results.
thank you

@Carl So update:
I've removed the security from my wifi and also i opened the Guest network,
-all of my devices are not able to connect to both my original network and guest network
- except my andorid phone ( including myself and my wife we have2 windows pc 1 imac 1 macbook 2 iphones and 1 android phone) so all of the devices cant connect except my andoird phone it connects to my original network but cant get internet BUT it connect to my guest network and have internet with no issues.

I don't reconize them as an authorized retailer so to be safe i would return through them. They may be a VAR through a distrubitor but that would be a different porcess and I'd hate to see you have a delay in the return/exhange process.
