Archer c2300 onemesh support

Hey, I was looking into getting an archer c2300 router, but i plan to then use onemesh to create my home network but i cant figure out if it is planned to be supported in the near future or not and if anyone has any suggestions to make

Thing is that it just skips the archer c2300, it goes from the a9 straight to the a 10 (ac1900 - ac2600) and just skips the ac2300 model so i dont know

I just bought and installed an AC2300 V2. The admin UI offered a firmware update with release notes mentioning "mesh". I don't remember if it said "OneMesh" because I was not aware of the term until now. But it did say "mesh".
In either case, after installing, I see nothing about "mesh" or OneMesh in the UI. I now see this thread and other pages saying that AC2300 has no mesh support.
So I'm confused. What is the mesh-related feature that shipped in firmware 1.1.0 Build 20200714 rel.30791(4555) for hardware Archer C2300 v2.0?
If this unit gets OneMesh support, I will buy another, and put it at the other end of my house. I want two ethernet-connected access points with seamless handoff.
