Deco M9 Plus firmware release with similar features like M5 1.3.1
When will a firmware for the Deco M9 Plus be released which brings the same features like the M5 1.3.1 firmware to the Deco M9?

Well that’s great. I’ll buy a new WiFi 6 mesh router from someone else now if that’s how they support their products @Kevin_Z

Hi @ag11600 and all,
We have been trying to help you; and we push our R&D colleague to release the new firmware soon, but to ensure the performance, it has to take rounds and rounds tests.
While, I understand your feelings, below is a firmware for Deco M9 plus which is newer than the current 1.2.8.

You guys can update it first to get the new features, once the official one released, you can install it again.
May it help. Nice day.

@ag11600 I am stunned by the lack of response from Tplink. This is really sub-par compared to any other router/wifi vendor.
What other alternatives are there if one wants a real network with mesh functionality -Arduino?

So this is a beta right?
Can I install it? My current Deco M9 Plus (EU) 1.2.8 20190403 REL. 43515
Edit: I just downloaded it and ı saw the instruction. Looks complicated than I thought. I will wait for the final version. Thanks :)

@Kevin_Z I have installed the 1.3.0 beta you menthoned. So far, here are my results:
I have installed the 1.3.0 beta you menthoned. Here are my results, so far:
1. Webinterface very slow, sometimes it doesn't load
2. Overall Wi-Fi performance is better, but it interferes with HomeKit Bluetooth devices. Before I had no problems with my Eve Home (https://www.evehome.com/) clima and door sensors connected on each floor to a Eve Extend. Now the Bluetooth signal is much weaker, somtimes the Eve Extend even loses connection to the sensors.
3. I'm still having problems adding additionaly added Philips Hue bulbs. The Deco M9 discovers the bulbs, let me choose the room, but then I get an error message "Unable to save", see the following screenshot. I had this problem already with firmware 1.2.8

@s_rosenthaler Can you share the address of the web interface?
I upgraded to this verison and it went fine, just can't see how to goto web admin.
EDIT: tried tplinkdeco.net and router IP address, but not found. is there a trick to accessing web interface? My M9 is main router with 3*M5 satellites.

@BarryTreeg I tried it via the default gateway IP address. Here is an instruction how to find your routers default gateway address https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-find-your-default-gateway-ip-address-2626072. But as TP-Link has real mess with their firmware releases in mixed environements (using different TP-Link Deco products), some features gets disabled if you use different prodcuts together, so this might be in your case as well.
