@Brusan I hope you can help me in my case.

I've carefully read the thread, but my case is a little different: during the day, my 4G signal is quite good, betweem 75% and 50%...the really strange things are two:

  1. the signal seems to decreas during the day, reaching 0% od signal strenght
  2. if I manually reboot the router, it return to 75%, until it decrease it during the day, in about 5/6 or sometimes 12 hours.

 

I do not think is a GSM carrier issue because the signal strenght is high after every manual reboot. And I tried to do it during different moment s of the day, and it always goes high just after reboot.

What coudl it be? I never move the router in other point of my home.

P.s. my router details are exactly the same of first post of this thread.

Hi All,

 

I have the same issue, im from Indonesia, my internet connection is unstable, when downloading file or video in big size always stop and need to redownload.

 

is this normal ?? or can i do something about this?

May I know the hardware and firmware version about MR200?

How long have you had the MR200 and when did this issue start?

If you just streaming the websites, instead of playing games, downloading large files or video, would the unstable connection still here?

Have you ever tested if the Ethernet connection had the same problem as well?

Hi,

 

I am having exactly the same issue as the previous posters. However the connection loss seems to occur when I am downloading large files or playing video games. Is that related to the issue and what is causing it?

 

Having the Archer MR200 here.

Same problem here. Mobile phone works fine with same provider. Does not matter if I download, stream or whatever.. It loses Internet after 2-3 hours approx. Internet is ALWAYS down when I wake up in the morning. Tried everything above with no luck. Have MR200.

Hi,

I have quite the same problem as original poster so:
- most of the times router works perfectly fine (High speed, reasonably low ping)

- but quite randomly it will cut all connections (so wired and wireless) and only a manual reboot would bring it back to working

- note that during the connection outage all the lights remain the same (so 3 bars, cable acces, WiFi, Internet connection and power) as if everything was fine

- also note that my phone has no problems with connecting to 4G and the SIM card, that the router has, was previously plugged into a ZTE modem and was working perfectly fine all the time

My router model is Archer MR600.

I have studied the logs and the settings but HAVEN'T found anything suspicious like "Switching all connections off" (for example in log) or "Turn off all conections after data transfer rate drops below [some amount of kbps] for [some amount of time]" (for example in settings). 

I'm attaching a screenshot of the status page and the log because I've seen that you have asked for them.
