ISP : Optimus Kanguru (LTE) www.kanguru.pt

I have a modem huawei E392u-12 from the service provider optimus kanguru, www.kanguru.pt, and i would like to use my usb modem with this router i have. the router identify the modem but does not conect. i have seen that the bin files available are just for vodafone and TMN, what can i do so i dont have to buy another equipment.

Hello Telmo,

I had the same problem with the 3420 and I solved it setting the APN and dial number manually:
dial number: *99#
APN: kanguru4g-corp.prtop

it works without issues!

For resolve the problem put the last firmware of english country, the version is 121126, I'm from Italy and i Resolve like This. Baci Ric. Ciao
