Hi everyone,

Please your help: I purchased the C 20 and after fixing it as access point, and wifi extended range, and try to connect it to my cellphone and PS4 I get this message:

In my cellphone: Internet is not available

In my PS4: There was not possible to connect internet. (I also used a LAN cable but it did not work)

Maybe I am not installing the product in the right way. My main purpose is to provide we excellent connection to my PS4 because my room has not a good coverage from the router of my internet provider.
