TL-MR6400 disconnected many times per day
Hi everybody,
My Internet left many times per day on my TL-MR6400 v4, just bought....
When the problem happened, all lights of the modem are on.
I saw many users have same problem with different models of 4G modem. I saw answers given by tp-link staff.
So I create a manual apn profile, set manual dns servers on dhcp menu (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4), check 4G connection with my phone but the problem is persistent.
Nothing appears in the system log, all steps indicate "pass" in diagnostic menu...
So I need to reboot the modem and it works again. So please help

Hi Kevin,
I opened a new thread yesterday but then realised that this one covers pretty much the same topic. I seem to be having the exact same problem - 4g connection drops briefly, router does not reconnect and freezes requirring a restart. Could you please send me the beta firmware? Or could one of the others that have already received it share it?
The version information is:
Firmware Version: 1.10.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 190521 Rel.38696n
Hardware Version: TL-MR6400 v4 00000001

With the same Hardware (V4) and firmware than you
Perhaps testing the beta firmware (or a new firmware)

Hello,
Same issue. I bought this device a few days ago and it simply doesn't work :(
Every day it brakes a connection and cannot reconnect to 4G. This happens many times. The longest it keeps the connection active is around 1 hour. Then it brakes and I need to restart it. Please send me the new firmware. Thanks!

Sadly, I turned this thing off and moved the sim card to my old device. Guess what, It's working without a single issue.
Can you please send me the new firmware?

I returned the tp-link modem to Amazon then bought a new one (not tp-link) that works like a charm.
