Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: 0.9.1_3.16_

I can't get my Amzon Fire TV Stick to connect to the TL-WA801ND access point. All my other devices work fine and the Fire Stick will log on to my WiFi router.

 

Is the TL-WA801ND compatible with the fire stick?

How do you connect the Amazon fire TV stick  to the TL-WA801ND?  Is there any error message if it cannot connect to it? 

 

Besides, have you ever contacted the tech support of Amazon to get some specific help yet? If not, you can give them a call first.

The fire stick tries to connect to the access point it says it is connecting and then says disconnected. If I tell the fire stick to connected to my router it says connecting and then says connected. My laptop phones and Kindles all connect via the access point it is only the fire stick that wont connect. I will give Amazon a call Thank
