will there be a onemesh firmware for archer c7 v4 router?

Below is the compatibility list of the onemesh.

As you can see, there is no plan to add this feature for Archer C7 V4 yet, while the Archer C7 V5 supports it.

It is a pity.
Apparently V4 and V5 are almost the same, only in v4 there is a 2 usb
What will be the difference that does not allow to include it?

The most basic is that Archer C7 V5 is a newly hardware; regarding to the new feature, it will be added to newly device at start.
We cannot guarantee that there won't be a firmware for C7 V4 in the future, but from the current roadmap, C7 V5 is recommended if you need onemesh feature.

I need the ONE MESH function and also to the two USB inputs.
V5 only has 1
I hope in the future include version 4

Hello Hermit, per I said before, we cannot guarantee that there won't be a firmware for C7 V4 in the future, while vice versa; we are not able to give a specific answer, therefore, it is recommended to return it and get the Archer C7 V5 to enjoy the onemesh feature.
