It took about 3 attempts to contact tp link using contact us kept getting exclamation mark and no explanation.
Modem router is not listed in Product category, just by luck found it under adsl.
Getting to this page in forum has not been easy - any instruction as to how to use the forum?

Modem router is not listed in Product Category is under adsl? "Took a while to find." Around and around the houses.
Reason for doing this was that the adsl and internet lights went out intermitantly.
The intermitant no adsl and internet has been ongoing for months.
Why is the log short?
Why does the internet light keep blinking when the PC is off?
What does the log mean?
Why is the date/time different?
