MR600 - problem seeing received sms messages
I can't see my recieved sms messages in the admininistration interface even though everything else works fine.
I can see that I have recieved messages both on the Basic overview page as well as looking at the number of pages that should be availible in the Advanced->SMS->Inbox page (it displays that there are 2 pages of incoming messages but the list is completely empty). See my attached screenshots.
The Outbox and Drafts pages work fine though and display the correct messages supposed to be there as well as the correct number of pages. Also sending SMS messages from the router to my phone get throgh perfeclty fine.
In the Advanced->System tools->System Log I can see that I really recieve SMS messages. It displays for example: "USER: Receive a new gw sms and save it successfully." It also displays "ERROR: New sms count is 13."
So it seems to be some kind of bug concering just the Inbox page which is quite annoying since I need to see SMS messages to see what my provides tells me about my 4G usage status/tariffs etc.
Please advice.
Best regards,
M

@Jumping Hi Firmare version is latest i.e.1.2.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 200511 Rel.44954n The admin dashboard shows 7 messages in the inbox but none can be accessed.
I don't want to play around with Beta versions as previous post suggest some other functionality is lost as the price of rectifying the sms problem. There are some 15 pages of posts over a considerable time frame on this matter and it seems to me about time TP Link provided a definitive fix.

I'm have the same problem seeing the SMS messages using the latest public Archer MR200 firmware and the web interface.
I can see I have 9 SMS messages at the moment but none of these appear in the list.
I did see them all briefly the other day, 2 weeks after starting to use the router and though the problem was fixed. However, I deleted one and I lost all the others on the list. Still showing 9 messages though.
Using the UK Three network and I've tried APN's Three.co.uk and 3internet but I still can't access my SMS messages. I had to phone Three to activate the sim as I couldn't reasd the activation SMS.

The beta build 200331-rel65841 that I tested does indeed solve the SMS problem.
However, when an SMS contains non latin characters in the body, the characters are not parsed correctly and it is unreadable.

Good day.
Sorry for the delay.
You are unable to both send and receive an SMS that contains non Latin characters in the body, right?
Could you make an example for the SMS message for us?
Where are you located and who is your sim card carrier?
Later, we would like to follow up your case via email and please have a check of your message box;
Thank you very much.

Currently using this for the band select option.

Common issue: I send successfully a message to my ISP to know my remaining traffic. My ISP answer back with SMS, i can see the SMS count growing up, but no-way to read those messages. The list of messages doesn't appear and i can't read any SMS.
My ISP is WindTre. I'm in Italy.
Please help, i can't read any of communication my ISP is sending to me!
Thanks.

@Falconmx 171 posts on this subject now. I assume the company is aware of this problem (see post from Sunshine) that has existed for a long time - yet no definitive solution provided. I did think at first that as I only use my SIM card (Virgin Mobile) in the router and don't give out the associated telephone number, not getting text messages wouldn't be a serious problem. However, as some have noted ISP's will send text messages to the number as they won't necessarily know the sim card isn't in a phone. Perhaps these messages might contain essential account information. It really is time TP gets this sorted.
