Hi I Have TL-WR941HP Router and my problem is all devices connect with this router is good and net is normall Except one device ( samsung tab A6) connect with router for 5 -- 10 min and after that no internet in tab but the wi-fi icone in connected

Some suggestions have mentioned, you can give it a go first; if you have done all of that, please tell us the results.

 

Besides, it is not blame on Samsung by advising to call them, it is just a troubleshooting method cause only the tablet does not work well with the router.

i trying  chang channels  from auto to specific channel 

and trying  several other thing in my router

problems still same

and wen i connect this device on anthers routers its connect normally

Alright, if so, there is not much we can do, what we have done cannot fix it;

 

If there is no suggestion from Samsung tech support, you can contact the local tech support or the retailer to verify the warranty service.
