Web configuration SAVE button does not save. Why?

Model: TL-WPA9610 KIT

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.0.0 Build 20161122 Rel. 67592

I am using the WPA9610 for a year, but today it was the first time that I used the web configuration. But it is not possible to SAVE a configuration change. Upon clicking on SAVE the UI just does nothing. Tested with four browsers (Edge, IE, Safari iOS, Safari MacOS) and three devices (Win 10 Notebook, MacBook, iPhone).

What did I miss, what did I wrong?

Hi,

Firstly I would like You to update the firmware of Your device.

Secondly, make sure that the tpPLC App or program is not running in the background or on Your phone.

Furthermore, please provide more information in regards to what You are trying to change.
