MR200 and MR600 keep dropping LTE connection !
I've tried two models: Archer MR200and now MR600. Both router constantly drop LTE connection. Another router, DLINK DWR921, on the same sim card, never drops LTE connection. My other devices on different sim cards don't drop connection in this area too.
Signal strength is 75% all the time (also durong connection drop it shows 75%). After connection drop the router has sometimes trouble reconnecting by itself. The drops happen multiple times a day, sometimes even as often as less than hour between.
i've tried (on both routers, now I only have the MR600):
- updating firmware
- manually creating ISP profile (the ISP is T-mobile Poland)
- moving the router around household
- rebooting multiple times
- power off/on cycles multiple times
- cleaning sim card
- antennas repositioning
Nothing helps. i'm gonna return the MR600 (alresdy returned MR200). And that's a pity because otherwise they are great devices, much better than tye D-LINK that I have...
Any ideas?

I've gave up and bought FritzBox 6890 LTE. On that router I have now 2 months uptime now in the same location. So, there is no problem with the simcard or location, there are routers out there which work.
I still need help, as my Archer MR600 was updated with beta firmware provided by @Kevin_Z and I can't upgrade/downgrade to official firmware, it gives me ERROR 71211 each time I try to upload the firmware. I've tried uploading over cable, wifi, from mac, from PC - nothing helps!
I'm disappointed so far by customer support here, as I'm asking for help on how to restore the router to official firmware here for 2 months, with no answer, I've direct messaged @Kevin_Z and no answer on this. And with the beta firmware, my local service rejects to accept the router under warranty.
So I can't recommend neither the hardware nor the support here.
Guys, please do help, since December I'm stuck on the beta that you've posted on this forum and can't go back to official firmware!!!!

@Beton Hi there,
Have you ever performed a hard reset by pushing the reset bouton for about 5 secons until the device reboot? And after try to perform a stock firmware reflash?

@Beton Hi there,
Yes, so this router doesn't want to donwgrade since it checks if it's a earlier version of the firwmare you try to flash... Sorry i have no more idea. You have to wait for a newer official firmware...
There is an other method to flash it by TFTP to recovery a stock firmware :
But if you don't know about it, don't do it.

1. Model: Archer MR600 v1 00000001
Firmware: 1.1.0.0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 190412 Rel. 66770n
2. The router drops LTE connection frequently, several times during one hour or in the same minute. When dropped connection, the LTE signal LED show 2-3 bars. The connection status is disconnected and only appeared the wifi signal (non appeared 4g+ neither internet signal)
I´ve used another sim (with the same operator) and the same. I´ve used another router (v.g HUAWEI B311-221) and there was not drops connection (with the same SIM´s I´ve used before)
The sims work perfectly with my cellphone with great stability
I can send you the log archive:
3. I've tried:
- update ISP file :Archer MR600(EU)_V1_ISP_19502401
- moving the router
- change DNS primary and secondary (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4)
- rebooting and power on/off several times
- using differents sim cards (Vodafone both)
- antennas repositioning

Hi
I have an Archer MR600 router that uses 4G and I have exactly the same problem. The router loses the 4G connection at least once a day. The problem started a month ago and before that it worked well. First I thought the problems was because of hardware problems in the router so I got a new one, but the same problem arises anyway. I have ordered a new SIM card but I doubt it will solve the problem.

For all you looking for solution, drop your hopes. Sell this ASAP. The solution is FritzBox 6890 LTE. It's 2-3x more expensive, but it's the most stable router I've ever used so far. I'm literally running 2+ months now without even rebooting! The firmware updates are frequent and meaningful (and for Archer MR600 it'll be soon year since last FW update). The stability is insane. The LTE speeds are beyond what Archer could achieve. I'm now limited by my provider speed cap (60 MBPS), and with Archer MR600 40 MBPS was top under my conditions. There is built-in super detailed signal strength meter, this router is in another league. Go, pay the extra money, it's totally worth it.

Hello Sir,
I have the MR600 and i never have any problem with it. I have a rock solid connection in France with Bouygues and SFR (Vodafone).
I have it since the release of it. No issue at all.
