Hi all;

what is the meaning of setting the BW before choosing a device for priority.

I mean, its not like the app allow me to choose my TV and give it 500Mbps out of the 1000 I have. it just allows me to choose a device to give it high priorority.... so why does setting the dl/ul BW even important? can someone please exokain in more details how this feature actually works?

thanks.

@gkatz

The QoS allows us to setup different priorities for different devices/applications. Through different priorities, they can get different speed from the Deco; While the bandwidth is important. We need enter it correctly or select get bandwidth via online speed test, in this way, the QoS can work well.

Otherwise, even though different devices/applications have different priorities, they still cannot get the corresponding speed.

May it help.
