Hardware Version: V5

Firmware Version: fresh

Hello.
I have an archer c9 router, I had a 1 TB disk attached, but it looks ugly, so I bought a small sandisk ultra fit 128 GB usb 3.1 USB stick. after connecting to the router, the usb diode on the router lights up pendrive. but in the interface, when I click scan - I can't find the USB stick. everything works on a laptop. exFat file system .

what is the reason ? please help

ok. I solved the problem. I had to format the pendrive in NTFS. now sees the flash drive. archer c9 does not support exFat !!

Thanks for your updates, glad to hear that you solved it.

For your information, the Archer C9 V5 supports fat32、ntfs、exfat、hfs+; If one of the format cannot be detected, we can change another one.
