Hy my device tp link 4C02 is showing blinking red light and is not working after it fell down

4C02 should be the wifi name, please tell us the model number which you can find it on the back panel of the actual product.
Cause it shows red led, try to login to the web UI to reconfigure it with the username and password given by ISP.
