Model: Archer C6
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.2.0 Build 20191014

Hi,

Suddenly I realise that my Wifi coverage has got less coverage area which is not as it was before, infact before this recent firmware update I was enjoying very good coverage for both the bands however now band 5Ghz is no longer coverering by others rooms. Even 2.4Gzh signal has become weaker than it was before. Request you to help me to resolve this issue.

@Diganta

You can adjust the wireless settings to improve its performance, like wireless channel, channel width and transmit power.

For 2.4GHz, use channel 1, 6 or 11 and channel width 20Mhz; for 5GHz, use channel 36, 40 or 44 and channel width 40MHz; And ensure that the transmit power is high.

Meanwhile, try to relocate the router itself or change the position of the antennas to improve the signal strength.

May it help.
