I have just purchased the WPA281 to pair with my PA221. I'm managed to pair them up thru the powerline but it gives me limited connection all the time. I even flashed the firmware to the latest version but it still not solved my problem. Can anyone help?

What is the status of the four LED lights ?
Is the second light all on on both adapter ?

The 2nd light is stably light up while the wireless light is blinking.

when i scanned the IP using the utility that came with the package, i can see the IP keep on changing randomly and it's not following the default IP format (192.168.1.XXX), instead it shows 169.254.XXX.XXX
