My dog has eaten the power adapter of one of my deco p7. Where can I buy a replacement unit ?

Hello, you can order a power adapter with the same specification parameters. While please notice that the Deco P7 supports powerline backhaul which means this Deco has a chipset related to the powerline backhaul. The chipset is built-in the original external power adapter. You can order a regular one but it will affect the performance of powerline backhaul.

AC adapter input 100-240V ~ 50/60Hz 0.4A
AC adapter output 12V ⎓ 1.2A 

 

You can contact the retailer to verify whether they have extra adapter.
