Hello community.
Is it possible to extend deco m4 mesh system by any outdoor wifi access point, for example eap225 outdoor?

Hello, you can connect an outdoor access point to the Deco M4 to boost wifi outside.
The EAP225-Outdoor supports 802.3af/A PoE and 24V Passive PoE (+4,5pins; -7,8pins. PoE Adapter Included); considering the Deco M4 does not support power over ethernet, you can use the passive PoE adapter to power it up.
You can read the installation guide or user guide for more details.

May it help.

@Kevin_Z the main question was if eap225 supported mesh wifi, compatible with Deco, but as I understood from FaQ it's actually not and I will get another WiFi network at home...

Yes, both Deco and EAP225-outdoor supports mesh feature, you can use the outdoor access point to boost wifi signal but they cannot build up the same network together.
Good day.

It would be a fantastic thing to allow the incorporation of Omada poe products into a deco network. Could a 'deco mode' be included in firmware in things like the EAP 225 to allow incorporation into the Deco cloud controller?
I've installed Deco-based networks in a number of Chateaux around here to good effect where the owners have not wanted to cable the whole property, but POE products are a necessity for outdoor coverage. I get a lot of fallen faces when I explain they need to connect to a different SSID when outdoors!
