Are tplink bothering anymore with updates?

Bought my tplink deco m5 just over a year ago and in that time I've seen 1 , maybe 2 firmware updates.  I've seen promises of fixes in numerous posts on here about the fix or feature being "in the next update" but alas, nothing.

A little disheartening really.

@thefunkygibbon

Hello, what are the features you want but not available now?

While everything does not happen at once; new features will be added with firmware upgrading gradually.

We will keep working and push forward the whole process.

Good day.

thats not quite the point.   but 2 things off of the top of my head that are only just ones I've raised and that you said would be sorted in the 'next release'

* hairpin nat issue sorted

* ability to stop the router being able to be pinged from its WAN interface.

the last fw release realistically was last made in april last year.
