Hello, what is the bandwidth you paid? And what is the speed you can get from the main router?
How do these devices connect to each other? By wired cable or wireless?
Try to connect your computer to the main Deco by wired cable and test the speed; in the meantime, please click here to get the wired negotiation speed.
Please check the wireless speed and wireless negotiation speed as well.
Besides, you can swap the location of Deco units to give it a go.
Good day.

Hi,
a simple speed test doesn't provide a lot of information, but I believe it's got to do with the online test. How about doing a local test, or trying a real download from a page (and internet connection) you know supports high speeds.

Hi Guys,
I configured my first set of 3 (arrived this morning) as AP using a gigabit CAT5 backhaul. Connection monitoring shows they're working at gigabit with no errors.
I've been checking from my wired PC and despite normally getting close to the 350 down/15 up, its been showing about half that since I connected the M9 plus v2 were connected - it was fine last night.
Worse, connections to the mesh, tested against Google Speed Test show only around 50 down/10 up.
Is there a troubleshooting checklist I can use to fix this?
I should add: From the app on my phone, its show 257 down/14.5 up.
Prompt, useful, help especially appreciated.

Hey all,
I recently did some troubleshooting on this, and think I found a solution (at least one that works for me). Give this a shot and let me know if it works for you!

lol Kevin_Z means how fast is your actual internet connection? I have a ziggo with down 250MBit and 25MBit up. even if the deco is rated for higher you wont get higher speeds from internet. You would get higher speeds if you try to send a file LAN wise.

Hello m9decoclient.
i have the same setup.
i have ziggo with 250mbit down and 25 mbit up.
My ziggo modem is set to bridge mode --> main deco is connecterd with ethernet cable.
my speed troough deco with cable or wifi is on its best 90mbit down.
when i connect my pc direct to my modem with out the deco the down speed is 250mbit.
I cant see to fix this speed problem.
How dit you manage to have a download speed of 250 with use of your deco m9 in combination with ziggo modem?
with kind regard,
Antalkawa

@mAurelius Thank you! I have been struggling with this and was about ready to junk Deco and switch to something else. Now using T-Mobile home internet with 100+ MBS but have been throttled at 40. Had no idea this QOS setting was there or that it was maxed at the old ATT speed. Reset to 1024 as suggested and immediate improvement.
