Still having connection problem between Note10Plus and AX50 after upgraded to latest firmware.
I have a laptop with Killer AX WiFi Adapter. I manage to get full speed.
However, with Samsung Note10plus, the connection speed still unable and cannot get full speed at all.
Hope TP-Link can resolve this issue ASAP.

Hello,
Have you ever tried to change some basic wireless settings yet, including wireless channel and channel width? For example, change the channel of 5GHz to channel 36, 40, and 44, channel width 80MHz.
Additionally, what is the link speed between you Samsung Note10plus and AX500 when connected to the 5G? Is there any specific time or operation on the Samsung Note10plus when the 5G speed drops?
Thanks.

I tested using Asus AX88. The connection speed was very stable and fast.
Maybe it is not a very fair comparison because AX88 is a higher spec router.
However, I guess AX50 also a decent router.
