I also tried changing the TCP/IP settings to static as mentioned in the router's manual but it didn't help.
Anyone please help me out?
@ChestorHollay Did you change your default starting IP address? Mine defaulted to 192.168.68.1 rather than 192.168.1.1? I have no trouble accessing mine at 192.168.68.1.
What is the model number of your device?
Please connect your computer to the router by wired cable directly and click here to get the IP and gateway.
Then you can use the gateway to access the web UI.
