Hello, how far away between them? What is the led status of the Deco when the slave units stop working?

Have you ever tried to relocate and move them closer to the main router?

When the slave Deco stops working, please connect your computer to it and click here to get the IP address and gateway.

What about the main Deco? Does it work well at the same time?

Besides, you can swap the location of the main Deco and slave Deco and switch the slave Deco to main Deco to test its performance.

May it help.
