Name Changing

I bought a Deco p9 package on Saturday and ive got it setup and running without to many teething problems, the problem im having at the moment is with the app, things i have connected to the P9 and i have named keep cominh up as something else, (ie) my laptop has gone from Dads laptop to unknown to Boomshakala (the name i called my laptop when i 1st bought it and set it up).Both my sons Ps4's have now come up as unknown along with a xbox one and switch. Is anyone else having this issue? and anyone know how to solve the name changing?. Many thanks in advance.

You can try to change a simple device name without special characters.
And may I know if all the devices have the same issue? Or some of them? Like the devices you mentioned at first?
Besides, what is the current APP version and firmware version of Deco? Are they both the latest ones?

I removed the - from the names and everything seems to have sorted itself out so thank you for that, as for the App version its 1.9.18 and all the Decos are 1.0.2

Hello, is there any special character existed on the device name? Try to create a simple one and verify whether it works.
Please ensure that the App version and firmware version of Deco is up to date.
