Model: Archer AX11000
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

Why can't the AX11000 remember the password to tplinkwifi.net, or to 192.168.0.x, when I try to log in to the panel?!

Firefox is giving my password, but the AX11000 says you should enter it again.

What a convenience!!!!

@radzik

Hello, have you ever tried to use another web browser to verify whether it works? Like Google chrome?

Besides, could you please shot a short video of this issue and send it to us?

Thanks a lot.

@Kevin_Z

No, I don't plan on using another browser, much less Google Chrome.

In the lab you can check it yourself with FireFox, but I don't suspect that there is a problem here.

On other (competing) routers you can easily configure through Firefox without any problems.
