Hi everybody,

 

I have an MR6400 modem and I can't have an internet access trough it with my mobiles phones.

 

The MR6400 provide me an Internet acess with 4G.

 

If I connect a computer with the Wifi and the modem : I get Internet on my computer.

 

When I connect a mobile phone (Android, I don't have an iphone), the wifi connection is ok, but there is no internet access. I have a message which says "Internet may not be accessible" (it is a french translation).

 

If you encountered this problem in the past and fix it, I would be glad to here you about it !

Hello, only your computer can get internet when connecting to the router's wifi? Please login to the router's management page, send us the Status page. 

 

Then go to Wireless, change the channel to 1,6 or 11, channel width to 40Mhz. Test the internet again. 

 

You can also try to factory reset the router and reinstall it.

 

Do you have internet when you connect to the phone to other networks?

@Stella.Q Internet is working on my phone when I connect it on other wifi network. For your information, my wife's phone doesn't get internet with the Tp link too.

 

There are many pages with management, which one is more relevent for you ?
