into the support page now appears a new  firmware for the deco M9 plus (US) V2 published with date 2020-02-21 but the deco app is not offering the update and since there is no Web Ui into current firmware it os impossible to install!

 

how can i get this new firmware into my decos m9 without web ui?

 

file name of the new available firmware is: Deco M9 plus(US) _V2_200117.zip

Hello Juan, the latest firmware 200117 is the first firmware released for the newly made Decos coming off the factory line now, therefore there is no firmware upgrade notification pops up on your Deco app. 

 

And there is no new feature added into this firmware, no big difference happened; as the release note, it improved the Wi-Fi stability. You do not have to update it. 

 

Besides, we have been keeping touch with our RD colleagues and push them to speed up the whole process. Once the new firmware released with the new features, you will get it updated via Deco app.

So I constantly have issues with my devices dropping off my M9 Mesh Network (I have 3 Deco M9s). There is new Firmware available which has improvements on WiFi but I can't install it. This is total madness! Given the amount of money this product cost I was expecting top of the range quality but it doesn't even feel like the software have been properly tested or finished. Can we please get a definitive date on when we will be able to upgrade the firmware please as this is totally ridiculous and unacceptable!! Good day!!!!
