hi 

 

own of my Deco M5 falldown and now not working no power. can i open the cover and see if i can fix it. i cant use it anyway, pleas if poseble show me how.

Hello, it is not suggested to open the cover and see it on your own, it will be against the warranty policy. 

 

Instead, we can do some troubleshooting first. 

1. Please ensure that it is the original power adapter. 

2. Change another socket to plug it.

3. Try to reboot it.

4. Grab another power adapter for other Deco M5 to give it a go.

5. Hold the reset for 1s with it plugged. 

 

If neither works, you can contact the retailer or the local tech support to get a replacement if qualified.

Note: Please provide the serial number, model number, hardware version, invoice/receipt when you reach out to them.

hi i just want to ask i have tp-link deco m5 but it has no signal coming from it so i cant setting it up. is there any Repaire service ?
