If you need to access the resource in office but working from home, you can consider using VPN. VPN can help you access your office network remotely and safely.
But your office should has a router supporting VPN, then you can use your PC, Phone or other clients to establish a VPN tunnel with the router. Then the clients can access the resource in office.
