Hello all, sorry for respond late.
Is the computer a Windows 10? You can try this latest driver and see if it helps:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/30112/Windows-10-Wi-Fi-Drivers-for-Intel-Wireless-Adapters
Please remove all the drivers for this adapter on the computer, install the above driver manually: https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/920/.
BTW, you may run a Wi-Fi analyzer on the PC to verify which channel is busy and which is clear for the 5G and 2.4G network, then choose a clear channel on the router, change the 2.4G channel width to 20MHz, and 5G to 40MHz on the AX50, then reboot both the router and the PC to confirm.

We will do some troubleshooting first and try to fix it.
How often does it happen? How do you make it back to work?
What about the wireless signal strength? How far away does it from the main router?
What about other wireless devices? Do they have the same issue?
Try to customize the wireless settings of the main router, like the wireless channel and channel width. For 2.4GHz, use channel 1, 6 or 11, channel width as 20MHz; for 5GHz, use channel 36, 40 or 44, channel width as 40MHz.
Try to reinstall the driver from the official website.
Besides, try to change another slot or another computer to do a comparative analysis. Below is an instruction you can refer to as well.

My ARCHER TX3000E arrived today. Installed drivers, but no icons or programs appear on my desktop anywhere.
Is it because Window10 detected new hardware and installed drivers before I had chance to install drivers from CD.
Anyway, I then run CD and installed both drivers, but still no sign of icons on task bar.

I follwed that and reduced Adaptor Priority, but there is no difference.
I am not saying the BT and WiFi adaptors do not work. They both seem to work fine.
I completed installation using TP-Link CD Autorun facility. (there were no errors).
However when I inspect Drivers in Device Manager there are no "TP-Link" drivers. All the BT & BWiFi drivers are standard "Microsoft Intel" drivers.
I download latest TP-Ling drivers for this device, but when I click update drivers the standard message "you have the latest drivers" always pops up.
I am surprised there is no bespoke user "Windows Application" installed by TP-Lin, which makes me think TP-Link drivers have not been installed.
But as I said, my desktop was without WiFFi and BT before, and now it is working fine !
Latest MS "Windows10 Professional 64" installed.

@kinAA Having the same problem here. Just purchased and can't get it working either. Doesn't connect, or connects for a few minutes and then drops and doesn't recognise the card.
