How can I setup 160MHz with the right channel? DFS? Already try but still 40MHz. Not sure must be AX only or not.

Use another WiFi monitoring software. Try Acrylic Wi-Fi Home, for example.
I have an AX50 and also an 160 MHz-capable router from another brand and NetSpot for Windows shows channel width 40 MHz for both of them, which is wrong.
